Introducing 'Cashless Anywhere' – Effortless Healthcare Access for All Policyholders

At Safeway Insurance TPA Pvt. Ltd., we're excited to announce our latest initiative: 'Cashless Anywhere'. This pioneering program extends the convenience of cashless transactions to our policyholders, even at hospitals outside our insurance network. Here's what you need to know:

Planned Admissions: Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled admission. Send your intimation via email to intimation@safewaytpa.in.

Emergency Admissions: For emergencies, submit the Cashless Facility Request using our Pre-auth Form within 48 hours of admission. Email us at info@safewaytpa.in if you require assistance.

Hospital Eligibility: The chosen hospital must adhere to our policy terms & conditions and insurance company guidelines. For queries, contact our networking team at networking@safewaytpa.in.

Cashless Facility Criteria: Availability is contingent on treatment admissibility under policy terms. Coverage includes only necessary expenses related to the primary diagnosis.

Documentation: Submit the signed Cashless Facility Request and claim form, accompanied by the insured person's KYC documents. At discharge, include the signed summary and final hospital bill.

Non-Network Hospitals: These facilities must provide a 'Letter of Consent/simplified MoU' to extend Cashless Facility.

TPA's Right to Denial: Non-compliance with the above requirements can lead to Denialof the cashless request from non-network hospitals. Denial reasons include delayed requests, non-cooperation from hospitals, non-admissible treatments, and suspected fraud.

Reimbursement Option: If cashless facility is denied, claim reimbursement post-treatment, subject to policy terms.

Insurance Company's Role: Final payment decisions are made by the insurance companies, in accordance with IRDAI Health Regulation 2016.

Health Tip

Drink plenty of water. Not only is it good for your internal organs, it also keeps your skin healthy and lessens acne.
Divide your weight (in pounds) by two. This gives the daily ounce-recommendation of water.
Opt for fresh, seasonal and local produce over packaged food items

Try to get as much physical activity as you can. Skip the elevator and take the stairs, walk to your office instead of taking the elevator.
If exercising alone bores you out, hook up with a partner or friend who is committed to exercise. The fun factor will also let you stay committed.
Exercise also works as an outlet for pent up stress. So keep exercising, especially when you’ve got work bearing down on you.
If you’re on medication for an illness, kindly ensure that you do not miss any dose and complete the full course as advised by your Physician
Make friends with your family physician. Get regular check-ups done.
Try to get all your nutrition from the food you eat. If you aren’t getting it though, multivitamins and nutritional supplements are a good option.
Get your vitamin D from the sun. But also stay UV-protected.
